About your Role

  • As Account Manager you are responsible for the active acquisition of new customers and the sales of our solutions, consulting and services
  • You will also look after existing customers and develop these on your own responsibility
  • You conceive and implement innovative acquisition measures
  • You identify the needs and visions of your customers and recognize their potential
  • You coordinate the activities of our specialists with the customers
  • You will be involved in designing the sales strategy and operate an operational customer retention system and conduct contract management negotiations with the decision makers
  • You will jointly embrace and sustain sales strategy with other account manager(s)

Your Qualification

  • You have a university degree with a career-relevant orientation, alternatively you would like to have professional education with additional qualifications
  • You have an open personality and you can easily make new contacts
  • You convince with your personality and a target-oriented and motivated way of working
  • You can prove success in sales of complex software solutions
  • You convince with negotiating skills and a high level of commitment, which helps you to generate new business
  • You are characterized by agility and a serious, eloquent and communicative appearance
  • You have experience in conducting consulting workshops and identifying customer benefits
  • You are business fluent in French and English

You will work with us in permanent positions and receive an attractive salary plus a performance-related bonus. A laptop and mobile phone are part of the basic equipment.
